When We'll Issue a Refund

• Product Not as Described: If the content differs significantly from what was advertised
• Corrupt or Damaged Files: If the PDF files are corrupted or unreadable

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Include your order number and email address used for the purchase
• Describe the issue you experienced
• We'll respond within 24-48 hours

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

• You simply changed your mind after downloading the files
• The formula sheet doesn't cover specific topics you expected (always check the product description)
• Your exam doesn't allow formula sheets
• You didn't achieve the exam results you hoped for
• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
